• Minimum stay 7 nights
• Maximum stay 28 nights per Booking
• Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of 30% deposit.
• Balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
• Refundable security deposit of $500 will be collected 1-3 days prior to your arrival and refunded within 7-12 days of your departure if no damage is found.
• We accept credit cards.
• You must sign our Renter Agreement and agree to the house rules.
• 100% refund (less $300 handling fee) if cancellation is made 45 days or more prior to arrival.
• No refunds whatsoever within 45 days of arrival. We strongly urge you to purchase travel insurance if you are concerned about a future refund. You will have the option to purchase insurance during the checkout process. We have no association with the insurance companies. We derive no benefit whatsoever from your decision whether or not to purchase travel insurance. With the current volatility of the travel industry including labor issues at airlines, air traffic control problems, the unpredictability of the COVID-19 virus, weather, volcanic activity, etc. , we highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to protect your purchase from these unpredictable variables.
